You can use your computer as an aid for lucidity. With the help of special software you can set up your computer to play a soundfile at a self determined time and interval.
If you time it correctly you will hear the sound in your dream. This you can use to realize you are dreaming.
Dreamscape by Daprean
Simple but effective. Choose the sound which is played or use the standard sound (a loud ticking clock which chimes 3 times).
Read the instructions in the .doc file before use.

LDA by Darius Heydarpour/Datamind
Start LDA when you wake up earlier than planned. Do the exercises for about 10-30 minutes. Then go to sleep again.
If all goes well, you will find yourself doing the dream version of LDA. But the exercises won't work properly. The monitor doesn't work, the words are unreadable...
And suddenly you realise: "I'm dreaming!"
